Announcement to all SSMC Medicare Patients

We are pleased to announce that the Medical Center is now accepting Secure Horizons, Tufts Health Plan for seniors.

You will soon be receiving a letter from the Medical Center which will give you more information about the Plan and will list all of the Doctors that will be available to provide your care.

That letter will also include dates and times of informational sessions. These will be held in the local community and are excellent ways for you to learn everything you need to know about Secure Horizons.

We will also post these meetings on this web site.
