Automated Reminder System

We are pleased to announce the implementation of "House Calls." This system allows us to use a recorded message to call our patients and remind you of your next appointment.

In the past, our staff called to remind patients of an upcoming appointment. With "House Calls," we are able to confirm scheduled visits and also allow our staff more time to take care of our patients and their families that are calling in or here for a visit.

Please understand that we value each personal contact that our office makes, and we are not trying to lose any of the personal contact with you. Our staff will always be here to answer your calls, and now perhaps we can be even more help to you when you are in the office.

How the System Works

Our reminder system will call you at home a few days prior to your next visit to confirm the date and time of your appointment. You will also be able to confirm your appointment by using your telephone keypad and pressing the following keys:

Press the [1] key to confirm your appointment

Press the [2] key to replay this message

Press the [3] key to cancel your appointment

If you are unavailable when the call is made and have voicemail or an answering machine, the system will leave you a brief message.
