One of SSMC’s "Founding Fathers" Passes

On November 4, 2004, the South Shore Medical Center lost one of its "founding fathers." Dr. Donald Garland passed from this earth, leaving behind a legacy he created in 1962 along with Drs. Gerald Collins, Wallace Kemp, Frederick Freidman and Arthur Garceau. Read more.
