If your insurance company requires authorization to see specialists, our Referral Department will assist you. Once you have received approval for the referral from your Primary Care Provider, you can apply for authorization via the MyHealth patient portal or by phone. Each Referral Department member handles referrals for a defined group of Primary Care Physicians. If the line is busy, we encourage you to use our new voice messaging system. It will prompt you for all the information necessary to process your referral authorization.
