To avoid delays and busy phone times, please ask your physician for medication refills at the time of your office visit. Be sure to let us know of any herbal medication you are taking, or any changes in allergies.
Between visits, should you need a prescription refill, please use the form at the MyHealth patient portal or call our automated Prescription Refill Line at 781-261-4623. Be prepared with the following information:
Patient’s name and date of birth
Patient’s doctor’s name
Name of medication, strength, and directions
Please allow 10 days for written prescriptions for mail away programs to be mailed to you. Check the refill status with your pharmacy in 2 business days.
